Spiel.Digital – Quined Games

We started our Friday with another easy going morning at Spiel.Digital. No rush to get dressed or get stuck in traffic to get to the Messe. The only thing we have to do, is start up our computer to wander around the digital halls of Spiel.Digital. Where we encounter a the familiar face or uhm logo of Quined Games, lets see what they got up their sleeves.

Unfortunate, Quined Games haven't made digital versions of their games, but they have two upcoming games I want to tell about as I found them quite interesting. Carnegie is a Eurogame inspired on the life of Andrew Carnegie and is hitting Kickstarter on 23rd of November. The aim of the game is to expand your big steel industry business and create transport chains around the United States of America. The game looks awesome and the art is coming from Ian O'Toole.

Quined Games' other new game is the European version of Tussie Mussie originally published by Button Shy Games, which will be added to Quined's Masterprint Mini series. This is a eighteen cards micro-game designed by Wingspan designer Elizabeth Hargrave and for that alone I am sure we need this in our life. I mostly like the Mini Series as they are really great to take along when traveling or in my case, going to work offshore.

For those eagerly awaiting a reprint of Quined Games bestseller Carson City. Early next year they will launch a Kickstarter for a reprint of Carson City: Big Box. For us, after we ordered the newest edition to the Masterprint Mini series and added a note in our agenda for the Kickstarter, there wasn't much left to do and we headed for our next stop in the good hopes to be able to also play something.
